Post 200 / BF Day 13 (~24.5 net carbs)

  • ~220g of pan-fried USDA Prime striploin w/ goose fat and kosher salt, eaten w/ cauliflower mash (1/2 portion for the day’s total) (~9 carbs)
  • Lindt 85% dark chocolate (1 square/2.25 carbs)
  • Lindt 90% dark chocolate (2 squares/3 carbs)
  • Sliced Jarlsberg cheese, sliced Dutch goat cheese, sliced Spanish salami (~2 carbs)
  • 1/2 portion of 3 scrambled eggs w/ pink salt and smoked paprika (~1 carb)
  • 1 serving of So Delicious SF Butter Pecan ice cream (~7 carbs)

Slept a grand total of 2~3 hours last night. Insomnia…! /zombie

The good thing about So Delicious SF ice cream is that at least the carbs are mostly(?) from erythritol, right?
