  • Last of the leftover cauliflower mash w/ Jones cheeses, butter, pure cream, etc. w/ poached egg, thyme
  • 1 sliced buffalo mozzarella w/ basil, olive oil, kosher salt
  • Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck: XO sauce, Peking duck skin and meat, pork rib/belly, poached seasonal vegetables w/ 3 types of egg, fried salt and pepper duck, stir-fried duck
